WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO "LIVE LIKE HIM"?
Following Jesus means we do what He did. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, Jesus was obedient to the
Father and loved others with humility. So, with our hearts and minds being transformed by God’s Spirit,
we yearn to live like He did – glorifying God and humbly loving others.
To this end, we join with Him when we gather in community with other believers – by regularly attending worship services and committing to a group - where we grow in knowledge and obedience to Christ. We also give generously of our time through volunteering and our financial resources to support the ministry of the church.
